No matter what is bothering, worrying or troubling you, leave these things outside the stable door. Why? Because the time you get to spend with your darling is something very special. Your horse doesn't know your world out there and will never understand it. But if you pay attention to your darling, you will leave the stable feeling great. You'll have a clear head again and feel stronger. And that's exactly what we all need!

This rule is also particularly important for us, because we should never forget how happy our horses make us. You can certainly remember the moment when you first came into contact with these wonderful animals. You were overwhelmed and now you actually get to spend time with horses. You should never forget how many people would just as much like to do this, but often don't get the chance. For this reason alone, it's important to be grateful and greet our pets with a smile on your face. The great thing about it: it feels great and it's also free!

Hardly any other topic is on everyone's lips as much as sustainability, and that's a good thing. We can no longer pretend that we don't know what we are doing to our planet. The clock is ticking and a rethink is needed. It's great to see that so many young people are addressing this issue and trying to live more sustainably. Of course, no one can turn their entire life upside down overnight and change everything. But that's not a bad thing at all. If you are prepared to take at least small baby steps in the right direction, then great things can come of it. Never be discouraged if someone tells you that your eco-friendly efforts are just a drop in the ocean. Pessimists are out of place here and every small action is valuable and should be appreciated. Let's make the world a little more sustainable, loving and happy together. It's never wrong to do the right thing.
