What payment methods do you offer?

We offer you a variety of different payment options:

Prepayment, PayPal, Amazon Pay, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express), instant bank transfer (Klarna Sofort), purchase on account (Klarna Pay Later).

Choose the method that suits you best to complete your order quickly and risk-free.

How do I receive my invoice?

For environmental reasons, we refrain from printing each invoice and attaching it to the order. You will receive your invoice from us by e-mail.


How can I place an order?

First of all, find the item you want. On the respective product page, you can then select the color and size.

If you are satisfied with your selection, you can add the item to the shopping cart via the corresponding button. You also have the option to complete your purchase via a so-called express checkout, directly via PayPal or Amazon Pay.

In the shopping cart you can then decide whether you want to continue shopping or go to the checkout. To do so, simply go back to our online store or use the "Checkout" button.

To complete your order, you must now enter the required data and complete the order. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation with DHL tracking link.

Can I combine two orders?

Unfortunately, this is generally not possible. You can contact us about this and of course we will do our best to help you, but usually each order is handled individually.

How do I redeem the coupon/discount code?

At the end of the order process you have the possibility to enter your voucher / discount code. At this point we would like to point out that several voucher / discount codes can not be combined with each other.

Can I redeem a voucher/discount code at a later date?

If you want to pay in advance, please feel free to contact us. We will try to include the code in your order. If you have paid by PayPal or similar, we can not process the code afterwards.

Can I have the order delivered to another address?

This is no problem at all. You have the option to specify a different delivery address in the order process. We will then deliver your order to your desired address.

Can I order outside of Germany?

We ship our packages internationally. So you can also order outside of Germany. Please note that different shipping costs may apply.

Can I change my order later?

If your order has not been processed yet, we can accept any changes. The best way to do this is to write us an email as soon as possible or contact us through our social media channels.

Can I change the delivery address I entered?

Again, the sooner you contact us, the better. If your order has not yet been processed, we can of course adjust the delivery address manually.


What happens after I place my order in the online store?

As soon as we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We usually process your order within 24 hours. As soon as your package is packed and stamped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with DHL tracking link.

How can I track my shipment?

When your package is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. In this shipping confirmation you will also find a DHL tracking link. You only need to click on the link to see where your order is at the moment. If there are any problems with the tracking link, please contact us. Important: In the tracking link it is also noted if the parcel carrier could not find you and how to proceed.


How do I register a return?

You can register and manage your return in our returns portal: to the returns portal. There you can directly select the appropriate items and specify whether you want the item exchanged for another size or color or your money should be refunded.

How does the returns process work?

1. choose the items you want to return - they must be in original condition (hangtag attached, unwashed & unworn).

2. choose a shipping method, carefully pack your items and take the package to the nearest parcel store.

3. if you have us send you a DHL label, 5€ will be deducted from your refund for the return shipping costs - offsetting CO₂ emissions and promoting conscious ordering.
