Payment

Which payment methods do you offer?

We offer you a variety of different payment options:

Prepayment, PayPal, Amazon Pay, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express), instant bank transfer (Klarna Sofort), purchase on account (Klarna Pay Later).

Choose the method that suits you best to complete your order quickly and risk-free.

How do I receive my invoice?

For environmental reasons, we refrain from printing out each invoice and enclosing it with the order. You will receive your invoice from us by e-mail.

How can I place an order?

1. first find the item you want. You can then select the color and size on the respective product page.

2. if you are satisfied with your selection, you can add the item to the shopping cart using the corresponding button. You also have the option of completing your purchase directly via a so-called express checkout, for example via PayPal or Amazon Pay.

3. in the shopping cart you can then decide whether you want to continue shopping or checkout. To do this, simply go back to our online store or use the "Checkout" button.

4. to complete your order, please enter the required data and complete the order. You will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a DHL tracking link.

Can I combine two orders?

Unfortunately, this is generally not possible. You can contact us about this and of course we will do our best to help you, but as a rule each order is processed individually.

How do I redeem the voucher/discount code?

At the end of the order process, you have the option of entering your voucher/discount code. At this point, however, we would like to point out that multiple voucher/discount codes cannot be combined with each other.

Can I redeem a voucher/discount code retrospectively?

If you would like to pay in advance, please contact us. We will do our best to include the corresponding code in your order. However, if you have paid by PayPal or similar, we will unfortunately no longer be able to process the code afterwards.

Can I have the order delivered to a different address?

This is not a problem at all. You have the option of specifying a different delivery address during the ordering process. We will then deliver your order to the address of your choice.

Can I order outside of Germany?

We send our parcels internationally. So you can also order outside of Germany. Please note that different shipping costs may apply.

Can I change my order at a later date?

If your order has not yet been processed, we can accept any changes. Please write us an e-mail as soon as possible or contact us via our social media channels.

Can I change the specified delivery address?

Here too, the sooner you contact us, the better. If your order has not yet been processed, we can of course adjust the delivery address manually.

Delivery

What happens after I place my order in the online store?

As soon as we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We usually process your order within 24 hours. As soon as your parcel is packed and stamped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a DHL tracking link.

How can I track my shipment?

When your parcel is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This shipping confirmation will also contain a DHL tracking link. You only need to click on the link to see where your order is currently located. If for any reason there are problems with the tracking link, please contact us. Important: The tracking link will also indicate if the courier was unable to find you and how to proceed.

Returns

How do I register a return?

You can register and manage your return in our returns portal: to the returns portal. There you can directly select the relevant items and specify whether you would like the item exchanged for another size or color or your money refunded.

How does the returns process work?

1. select the items you wish to return - these must be in their original condition (hangtag attached, unwashed & unworn).

2. choose a shipping method, pack your items carefully and take the package to the nearest parcel store.

3. if you have us send you a DHL label, 5€ will be deducted from your refund for the return costs - we offset the CO₂ emissions and promote conscious ordering.
